"Order was correct, just a little slow"
My order showed up exactly as expected, so no complaints there. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but everything was right when it arrived. I’d say other customers can feel confident that the order will be accurate, just maybe expect a bit of a wait.

I went in not really sure what gear I needed, i blame the staff for making the decision way too easy. They actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick out the right setup without making it feel complicated.

I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service, since I’m always a bit cautious when something seems unclear with an online purchase. They got back to me quickly and were genuinely helpful, not just sending some copy-paste response. Everything was sorted out without any hassle, which definitely made me feel more comfortable ordering from them again. It’s nice dealing with a company that actually takes the time to answer properly.

It showed up really quickly, which was great. any extra waiting would’ve been unnecessary, so I was happy with how fast the delivery was.

"Pretty good spot for outdoor gear"
I stopped in looking for some outdoor stuff and, i think they had most of what I needed in one place. I wasn’t totally sure I’d find everything, but the selection was better than I expected.

"Return was painless and I didn’t lose out"
I had to send back a jacket because the fit wasn’t right, and I was a little worried I’d end up stuck waiting forever or losing money on the return. But the whole process was really easy, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. No hassle, no chasing anyone down — happy with how it went.

"Easy stop for fishing gear"
I stopped into DNW Outdoors figuring I’d probably just wander around for a minute and maybe not find much, but I ended up having a really solid visit. The guy helping me was easy to talk to, didn’t rush me, and I could tell quick he actually knew his stuff.
The store was simple to browse, the prices looked fair enough, and I found what I needed without making it a whole project. I’d definitely go back next time I’m needing fishing gear.
